About
Welcome to New Paris Vietnam Restaurant, a hidden gem nestled in the bustling heart of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Situated at Island Centre, 5th Floor, Room R4, this charming eatery offers a delightful escape with its authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
As I stepped inside, I was immediately greeted with an old-fashioned yet welcoming ambiance. The restaurant may not boast a modern design, but the warmth of the staff and the aroma of freshly prepared dishes emanate a timeless charm. The efficiency of the team caught my attention—it’s no wonder customers rave about the quick service during busy lunch hours, as highlighted by Marilou Tolentino, who noted the quick turnaround even when the place was packed.
One of the standout menu items is undoubtedly the deep-fried spring rolls; they are crispy, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer to kick off your meal. Brenda L. emphasizes the great value you receive here, proving that you don't have to sacrifice quality for price. With lunch sets ranging from just $48 to $50, including a drink, it's hard to find such a deal elsewhere in the city.
During the warmer months, you might want to try the cold crab noodles, a refreshing choice praised by Carmen So that captures the essence of summer dining. There’s even a take-away discount, making it convenient for those on-the-go, yet still wanting to indulge in Vietnamese flavors.
Waha Fung's experience underscores the clean and tidy setup coupled with attentive staff who ensure you feel right at home. The friendly atmosphere fosters a sense of camaraderie, akin to dining with friends. Alvin Wu's glowing review captures this sentiment perfectly, detailing the restaurant's thoughtfulness in accommodating larger groups, which showcases their attention to customer comfort.
In the spirit of culinary adventure, New Paris Vietnam Restaurant offers a perfect blend of satisfaction and savings, so you can enjoy delicious dinners at prices that won't break the bank—I've heard that Christmas dinner can be enjoyed for just $70 per head!

“ Staffs are efficient and the place is clean & tidy. Its deep fried spring rolls and chicken wings should be its signature dishes. Amazingly to discover this restaurant in CWB as its lunch set is only $48-50 with a drink. ”
“ Though the environment is old-fashioned, food is good and value for money! ”
“ This crab noodle can be served cold, just perfect for the summer! There's even a discount for take aways. ”
“ We came here on one busy lunch hour but the service was quick and efficient. We're not really familiar with the place, we just blindly followed where the people went, that's how we ended up dining here It's highly recommended ”
“ Efficient and friendly service, foods are generally nice, curry and Vietnam style dried rice noodles were something we ordered and would like to try again. Spring roll and pierced meat are on my bucket list too. They do stand up for the Hong kongers when we needed those support most, while they do provide apple daily newspaper on a stand also, which is very touching. ”
“ They treat their customer like their friends, as I did a lot of shopping, they immediately offer us a bigger table with seats buffer... so detail minded. They ate also always very attentive food are delicious. Dinner during Christmas, only costs 70 dollars per head, unbelievably cheap. I will come.back again and again for sure. ”
“ There are many restaurants in this building, and there is always a queue during meal times. This building is best known for a noodle shop called "heartbroken and sour spicy noodles", and this restaurant is located on the same floor as this noodle shop. The prices are fair (most dishes are around $70 with change), always less crowded, and the staff are friendly. Recommended dishes include: 1. Fragrant leaf spicy minced meat rice: The cooking method is different from the usual Thai style because it includes green beans. Yet, the taste is good. 2. Hainan chicken rice: The chicken is delicious, but it is not the white and smooth-skinned Hainan chicken. The chicken skin is yellow, like a regular chicken rice dish. Overall, it is a good value for money restaurant with friendly staff. ”
